Has’an

An AI employee that asks before it acts.

Has'an learns an accounting office's screen work by watching it done once. Then it does the job in their Windows programs and stops for approval before anything is posted, printed or sent.

In pilot with accounting offices. 7,100+ automated tests.

  1. This is Has'an on an accountant's desktop. Today: 2 jobs ran, nothing is waiting.
  2. Ask for the job in one sentence.
  3. It reads the screen and plans 7 steps in Deneme ERP before it touches anything.
  4. Every value it took from the invoice is flagged for you to check.
  5. ₺48,920.40 does not post on its own.
  6. It stops and asks. Nothing is posted until someone presses Do it.
  7. Until someone decides, it waits in Approvals.
  8. Then it carries on with today's list.

How a job runs

  1. Has'an does the work. You ask in one sentence. It reads the screen through accessibility and local OCR, plans the 7 steps in Deneme ERP and shows every value it will type.
  2. You make the call. Posting, printing, sending, paying and anything outside the job folder stops with a question. ₺48,920.40 waits until you press Do it or Cancel.
  3. It carries on. After your answer it finishes the job, writes each click to its action ledger and moves to the next one on today's list.

Has'an sends text by default. Screenshots and voice go to the cloud model only with a separate consent, after ID and tax numbers, IBANs, card and phone numbers and email addresses are masked. The company server stores counts only.

How we handle data

How it works

Has'an learns a program from one showing, does the job on the same computer and keeps every click on record. Anything with a consequence waits for you.

The mini window while Has'an works: waiting for your approval, with Stop always in reach
CapturedThe mini window while Has'an works: waiting for your approval, with Stop always in reach. Demo data.
  1. Show it the job once.

Turn on watch mode and do the job in your own program. Has'an writes a guide for that program and a map of its screens.

  2. Ask for the job.

Pick a job you taught it, a ready-made one or one shared in the office library, or describe it in a sentence. It rehearses the steps against the screen map before it touches anything.

  3. It works, and stops to ask.

It reads the screen through accessibility and local OCR, and clicks and types only in programs on its sealed allowlist. Printing, sending, paying and any write outside the job folder wait in the mini window until you press Do it.

  4. Every click is on record.

Every screen action goes to the action ledger on the computer, and History lists every chat, job run and job build, newest first.

We met in the computer engineering department at Hacettepe University in Ankara and have been building together since our graduation project took first place in the department.

Bring us a job that runs on a screen.

We are looking for accounting offices to pilot Has'an on their real e-invoice, bank statement and ERP work, on their own Windows computers.
